With native loading feature, to force lazy load you will need to add the ‘loading=lazy’ attribute to the related tag, just that simple. It is expected that Chromium-based browsers will gain this feature with the first update based on Chromium 75.
If all images on website are loaded all together native lazy loading can be enabled at any place. The ‘loading’ attribute informs browser, which elements must be loaded immediately and which can be delayed until later time. The same attribute is used for iframes. To make a certain element load quickly you need to add ‘loading=eager’ attribute. To make an element load lazily you need to add the ‘loading-lazy’ attribute. Adding the ‘loading’ attribute to the webpage will enable it to use lazy loading as a gradual enhancement.
